I'm Md Biplob — a digital marketing professional, NSDA-certified Trainer and Assessor, SEO specialist and AI-driven marketing consultant with over ten years in the industry.

Over the past decade I've worked with businesses on search engine optimisation, content marketing, social media, paid advertising, lead generation and AI-powered marketing automation. I'm the founder of GrowUp Marketing, a performance-focused agency delivering data-driven, ROI-oriented work for local and international clients, and I currently work as an SEO Specialist at Local Scaler.

Alongside client work I built a professional freelancing career on Fiverr, Upwork and Freelancer.com, working across diverse industries and global markets. That marketplace experience is a large part of what I teach.

As an NSDA-certified Trainer and Assessor I specialise in Competency-Based Training & Assessment (CBT&A), and I've trained and assessed more than a thousand learners — helping them build job-ready digital marketing skills and sustainable freelancing careers aligned to international marketplace standards.

How I work

Every day business owners ask the same question: how do I get more leads? Some think the answer is better SEO, others more content, others more ads. After working across a lot of industries I've come to a different conclusion — most businesses don't have a marketing problem, they have a system problem.

Visibility alone doesn't produce growth. I've seen businesses generate thousands of monthly visitors and still struggle to convert them, because traffic without a system is just noise. So the work I do connects the parts: technical foundation, content architecture, entity and AI-search visibility, then the conversion structure that turns attention into enquiries.
